You reach out
By form, email or phone. You do not need to prepare anything. If it is easier to talk than to type, call us — that is entirely fine.

We listen
A conversation, not an intake interview. We will ask some questions about terrain, timeline and what has already been searched, but only as far as you want to go.

We assess honestly
We tell you plainly whether a canine search is a reasonable tool here. Sometimes the answer is no, and we would rather say that than take a file to look useful.

We coordinate
Where a search makes sense, we work with the investigating agency to deploy properly — with permissions in place and findings documented for the file.
If you are a family member
You are not bothering us. People often apologise for reaching out, especially when a case is old and they feel they have already asked too much of too many people. You haven't.
You do not need a file number, a map, or a theory about what happened. You do not need to justify why you are still looking. Tell us what you know and we will work out together whether we can help.
We will always be straight with you about the likelihood of a result. We would rather give you an honest no than a comfortable maybe.
If you are an agency
We deploy at the request of the agency holding jurisdiction and work within your incident command structure. We do not self-task, we do not speak publicly about active files, and we do not brief media.
Teams arrive trained, insured and self-sufficient in the field. You receive written search documentation covering areas cleared, conditions, canine responses and any recommendations for follow-up.
